Shipping Policy and Processing Time

NootroStop currently only ships to the United States. It is our primary objective to deliver superior supplements and support throughout the United States. Processing and Shipping FAQs

When will my order be processed?

Orders received by 8 AM EST Monday-Saturday will ship the same day. The only exceptions are that UPS orders do not ship on Saturdays.

Why didn't my order arrive by the expected delivery day on USPS.com?

USPS's expected delivery date can be adjusted due to a number of environmental factors and also general mail volume. Please refer to our delivery estimates as a more reliable source.

NootroStop Shipping Policy

By placing an order with NootroStop, you are entering into an agreement mandating compliance with NootroStop's shipping policy.

We do our best to ship out orders as quickly as we can to customers. Orders are usually shipped the same day they are processed using one of the several methods offered by our carriers.

Will Call

We do not offer a Will Call option as we do not operate a physical retail location at our headquarters in York, PA. We are strictly an e-commerce business and all orders must be shipped out to our customers via one of our shipping methods we offer through our site.

Shipping Methods and Shipping Time Frame

We offer shipping through the United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipment tracking will be available for all domestic orders. Shipping time frames are provided with each of the different methods listed below.

USPS

First-Class

This is the standard service used for all domestic orders that qualify for our free shipping offer. First class packages are not guaranteed or insured and can take anywhere from 3-6 business days to deliver. Additionally, this service is only applicable for packages weighing less than 13 ounces. Priority

This service is also not guaranteed to arrive on a certain date; however, these parcels typically take anywhere from 2-4 business days to deliver. This service does come with insurance up to $50, with some exceptions. For more information on this service, please visit USPS.

Priority Express

This is a guaranteed service with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days and is dependent upon when the package hits the mail stream and delivery location. These shipments are also insured up to $100, with some exclusions. USPS Express does not ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. For more information, please visit USPS.

We accept Returns for Refunds and Exchanges.

We offer a 30-day return policy. The return must be initiated on or before the 30th day from the purchase date. Products returned must be returned in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

As part of the returns process, you will be notified of your refund amount after you select the return shipping method.  The refund will be paid out to you once the package is confirmed as delivered back to us and the return is processed. Processing a return takes 1-2 business days after delivery. The refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If your purchase was made with a gift card that has a Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX logo your refund will go back to that gift card since that was the original form of payment.  Refunds will not be issued for returns of empty packaging. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can only process a refund for orders that we can verify as delivered to us.

Return Shipping Cost

If a product was defective or you received the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of shipping is taken care of through the returns process, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, and a paid label will be provided when the return is initiated.

Ship your order back to us at our physical location.  The postmark date must be on or before the 30th day from the purchase date in order for the return to be accepted.
